There are many different approaches to introducing solids to your baby. As a mama who has done this 5 times, I share the approach that has worked well for us. This is based upon experience and research.
What is baby led weaning? It is when you offer your baby food from your family meals cut up into finger sized foods allowing them to self-feed.
